Rosy Acevedo is the Founder and Executive Director of Dare to Love Ministries, a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to inspiring women to deepen their faith and embrace God's love for themselves and others. Guided by a profound passion for the Lord and a calling to build authentic community, Rosy founded the ministry to encourage women to grow spiritually, live purposefully, and impact the world around them.
With more than 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney in South Florida and as a Mary Kay Sales Director, Rosy has faithfully used her leadership, wisdom, and gifts to serve others and share the love of Christ. She regularly leads women's Bible studies and hosts transformational retreats designed to foster spiritual growth, meaningful connection, and a deeper understanding of God's Word. Sharon is a gifted leader and strategist who specializes in building organizations. For more than 30 years, Sharon has leveraged values-based leadership principles to enable fast-growth organizations to identify, nurture, and accomplish purpose-centered visions. Sharon works to create company cultures and visions where team members are developed, empowered, and freed to innovate. She has proven expertise working with executive teams in the private sector and nonprofit Boards.
She has been featured regularly in magazines, radio, and has made television appearances where she shares her leadership and organizational management expertise with the world. She is the author of "The GORGEOUS Woman," a faith-based study on how women can leverage their faith to reach their maximum potential. She was recently named one of the Top 15 Coaches in Miami in 2026. Sharon was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2021 and is a breast cancer thriver.
